Default Torn inner CV Joint Axel Boot spotted while doing an oil change. Please advice......

I am interested to know how harmful this can be to the car and how I can go about repairing it myself (is it an easy repair or a PITA)?

Default Looks familiar. HackThs and I changed his out about 2 months ago...

Do a search, he has a nice write-up on it.

A lift is nice (not necessary) and some muscle!

Parts are cheap!

Default i found out my passanger side inner CV >>>>>

is 'leaking' while i was doing my serpt belt this weekend

the boot is not ripped...but i do see a smidge of grease line buildup (on the plastic panels and the under diaper)

i am planning to replace the boot when i redo my suspension in Jan

do anyone know how much does part cost for the inner boot??

i just did the outer one (driver side) and it was like $40 or something for parts and like $60-80 for labor or something

Default That's because there is no clamp needed.

part number depends on model. Just buy online from:

http://www.sasponline.com</a
