'Splain what you mean? Don't think that's possible without impeller change or body change.

Default I know someone who did this....

They removed the turbo and sent it off to a company that tweaked it out. Not sure of what all they did. It was not cheap and was difficult to say what the improvements were. Sorry, but I don't know where he sent it.

Funny thing is that this person traded the car in at the dealership..who resold it without knowing. So there is a person out there with an APR ECMS chip, tweaked turbo, and extrude honed manifolds.....and they don't even know it. :-)

Default my ko4 has been tweaked by a place in Denver called TEC

i had to take my turbo to them for a few small things i needed done to the housing and they kind of talked me in to letting them do some TWEAKING to it while they had id. after the cost of the turbo, the cost of them messing with it and all the other stuff associated with the ko4 upgrade i could of bough this http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarrett/kits/kit_VW_18T_Transverse.htm and been better off!
