I'm a 2012 TTRS owner and the car is really great. I can go as fast as nearly every other Audi (except V-10 R8) and do it for a lot less money, The guys at APR has made it even faster for not much. (My three great).

We need to start a new Forum for the 1000 TTRS that will be sold in 2012/2013.

Glad to read this post. I have a 2 day old 2013 TTRS. How did you make the brake squeal go away?

1 each thin steel shim placed on each brake pad. Perm fix in January.

Thank, much. I saw a post on the shim so I'll look into that. May I ask what the permanent fix in january will be? Is it simply a matter of different rotors/pads?

AoA regional repair guru has not said. Think the Audi GE "ingi'neers" are working the issue. I hope!

We need to plan a TT RS rally next year (Summer/Fall) and hopfully have several hundred cars show. What a photo. The Audi Club North America is having its annual meeting next October in Nashville, Tn. Something to consider.
