Default TT-RS - official information ahead of Geneva

I know this is discussed below, just a link to the small press release and higher res photos after the jump.

AoA has gone to great lengths to say this car is NOT approved for the US at this time, but we have it on good authority that this is just a temporary road block. It will come - the question is when?

https://www.audiworld.com/news/09/ttrs-teaser/</a

I love the fixed spoiler, though I can't tell if there is a cut line for the pop up one like we have

Lack of boxed fender flares makes me sad...

Default Don't think squared-out flaired fender would work with the curves on the TT

Unlike the RS6 avant.

Default I OTOH, do not like it at all. I loved seeing Audi return the Mk2 to the original

concept's smooth shape, with active aero to counter the high-speed instability that was stop-gapped by the ugly fixed spoiler. I don't have hard data to support this, but I'll bet that non-bespoilered Mk1's command a premium in the used market.

The rest of the car is damn hot though. Love the new grille & front clip.
