Default I am definatily getting the finger!!

APR claims fast shippment and same day return shippment? yeah riiiight, my payment was recieved before monday! i got an email saying that it should ship on monday and i still didnt get any info regarding my shipment and UPS still didnt deliver the ECU to me .. i'm guessing they didnt send it yet! which gets me pissed! why is the ECU waiting there with them if its already done and already paid for? this is gay ;/ at least if i have to wait all this time, they should've sent an email saying "sorry we'll have to send it after holiday". ignoring customers is a really rude action.

I'm pissed...

Default Not for me. Nothing but great, fast, efficient service.

Sent them my 03 TT ECU to re-flash. Turnaround time was pretty quick.

Bought the R1 DV from them. Was faulty a month later and they replaced it no questions asked.

Bought turbo back 3" exhaust from them which arrived a few days later.

All in all, pretty good, but I am on the same continent (even tho it's a huge PITA to get anything from the US!)

As for shipping, on the continent we have had weather delays as well as the holidays to contend with. Keep on them and I'm sure you'll have your ECU in no time.

Not sure if that helps at all, as I'm sure you are just dying to get back in the car!

Default Are you dealing with a European APR distributor? APR Alabama is top notch.

I've worked with them very closely for the better part of the last 9 years and have had NOTHING but great service and support from the guys there. If you are dealing with a distributor I think you need to be fair and not say that APR as a company is giving you the shaft, but rather the distributor. APR and STaSIS are hands down the best tuner companies I've ever worked with since I've been tuning cars.

Default Could be no one's there for the holidays. Or a skeleton crew.
