2008 TTQ 3.2 Steering Noise only when HOT
Our car is a cream puff with just 19,000 one owner miles. Two weeks ago after driving the car spiritedly on a very twisty road I noticed that the steering would make a light rubbing/grinding "feel" accompanied by very slight vibration when the car was parked with the engine running. The symptom was consistently repeatable when the steering was turned.
During normal driving since but less heat soak in the engine bay there has been absolutely no noise.
Has anyone had this issue before with a low mileage car?
