Default Yes

If you want specifics, there are dozens of sources on the internet to get used car prices; Kelly Blue Book, Edmunds, comparable offers on cars.com or autotrader, etc. etc. etc. Just google "used car prices".

Default what about the DSG at problems ?

Im seeing a issue with the Mechatronic unit & faulty temperature sensor
possible recalls. are these major issues ???
I realize its a car with extremely low mileage but I cant see paying 28K & then have a possible transmission issue to deal with.

what is typical on these transmissions ?
major issues, hit & miss, recalled?..........

DSG TTs have ben around since 2004 and are very reliable. There were a few instances of issues in 2004 but most were attributed to abusing the "launch" feature. If you search through posts on this and other TT forums you will se very few mentions of DSG issues and there would certainly be discussion here if recalls were pending. Are you confusing tranny programing updates with recalls? If you want peace of mind, buy a warranry.

I was mainly reading press articles and found this:
Recall ID # 74254 - POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIO
2009 Audi TT Recalls & Problems - Motor Trend Magazine

I'm not worried that much, if it needs a recall done no problem. I'm a VW / Audi guy from way back. My issue is this car would be my wifes main car and I want her to like it.
I would argue "how could you not like a car like this" right? big engine, DSG ect......
