very cool - I've got the Johan model of it... I remember Vince Granatelli's turbine Corvette...
in Motor Trend back in the 70s - around town you accelerated by just lifting off the brake pedal.

I remember Honda F1s at Glen late 60s, I think Ritchie Ginther?
I remember something about ball or needle bearing crankshafts and a lot of revs. The sound was like nothing I had ever heard before. (Although my 66 SAAB Monte Carlo 850 also had a ball bearing crank- it took 4 of those babies for the 3 cylinders, it too had a distinctive sound)
