Vibration after Alignment - What could be up????
While out of town last week I had 1/2 KMAC's installed on the rear, had the car aligned and had a full brake fluid flush (Motul 600). Alignment specs show all wheels within proper tolerance.
I'm running ABT A25's with 8mm and 25mm spacers front and rear respectively.
At 80mph, and above, I am getting vibration in the steering wheel whereas prior to the alignment I did not.
Any thoughts on what could be going on here?

Agree, did they rotate the tires?
You might not notice slight imbalance on the rear wheels until they were rotated to the front. The ONLY alignment problem that can cause vibration is extremely excessive toe-in.

I got a vibration (shimmy) between 35 and 40 MPH after hitting a pothole and slightly bending a front, aftermarket, snow tire wheel. My Audi dealer rebalanced and rotated the wheels. The vibration remained but was now felt at the rear axle. I bought two new wheels from Tire Rack and had them installed at NTB. Vibration disappeared.
