vibration in 2nd gear @ higm rpm (long)

vibration in 2nd gear @ higm rpm (long)
Hi Guys!
I currently own a 2001 180 RoadsTTer (FrontTrak), and I´ve been experiencing a few problems for the last days now. When accelerating hard, I can feel a vibration when touching the shifter, this vibration starts at about 3500 rpm and goes on up to redline. Now I assume that some vibration is pretty normal, but in the other gears this vibration is by far not as noticeable as in 2nd.......now what could this be? Car has 60.000 kms now, and I´ve never had transmission issues on any of my cars.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
