Default Turbo Issues

Hey everyone I am pretty new to the forum and I am experiencing a turbo issue. I have search around the forum and cannot come up with a solid answer of what this might be. I have an '01 TT Quattro, everything is stock except for the Forge DV that I know of (purchased the car used last year). This problem occurs in 3rd gear and above, when I am accelerating from low RPM's to around 3000rpm The car makes a noticeable whirring noise that sounds like pressure is releasing and then the car bucks once. After the buck it seems to recover and then precede on its way. Also, when I have the turbo engaged from 1st gear I do not notice the problem at all. I ran the VAG-COM yesterday and the only fault was:

Control Module Part Number: 8N0 906 018 T
Component and/or Version: 1.8L R4/5VT G 0003
Software Coding: 06610
Work Shop Code: WSC 01236
1 Fault Found:
17963 - Charge Pressure: Maximum Limit Exceeded
P1555 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

From what I can find in the forum I need to replace the N75 or I have a leak in the turbo piping. Any suggestions?

Has the Forge DV ever been serviced? I believe they need to be lubed periodically. Hopefully someone who owns one will chime in...

Someone suggested to me to spray the pipes with water to see if there is any bubbling, should I use Distilled or Tap water?

Tap water, maybe add a little dish soap.
Watch for leaks.

It ended up being the braided hose that is running off the the silver valve (Part number 06a131102A). I replaced it with a temporary rubber hose that I had laying around, but I ordered a 3.5mm Silicone vacuum hose as the permanent solution. I am wondering if I should replace the FPR braided hose also.

Any thoughts/how difficult is it?

Default Still doing the same thing

I still am having the same issues and I haven't sprayed the hoses yet, everything that I am reading online points me to the wastegate and the N75 valve. I was wondering if anyone knew of a semi-easy way to access the turbo....I had the car up today because I was replacing the transmission fluid due to rough shift. The drain plug was really loose and leaking oil, go figure. But I couldn't figure out an easy way to see the wastegate. I will spray the air vac lines tomorrow and post the results but for some reason I think the wastegate is sticking, any help would be appreciated.
