TT tuning for economy
#2
seriously? I don't think you'll get much of a response, the 1.8T already gets awesome fuel economy and still makes great power. This would be a good topic for my 6.0L v8 truck.

After I had mine chipped I actually picked up a few MPG. I think tuing the car to be more efficent tends to make more power and fuel economy if done correctly. Now this may be directly influence by the use of the right pedal though.

yes, chip, intake, exhaust will increase mileage. keeping plugs new, MAF clean, car on synthetic. tires up 2psi over recommended (frt 38,rear32). THAT will maximize it after your foot stays outof it. also, make the motor pull the car = don't rev it, slightly lug it. that is from Audi themselves.
On your 6.0L, i just finished a 60k miles lease on a Denali. had an intake and an exhaust. sold the exhaust from droning. i kept the intake. tried synthetic oil = NOTHING other than double the mileage change interval 6k instead of 3k. use the cheapest gas possible!! that is the savings for your money.
