So you are selling a boot cover inside the flat tire bag?
That black bag with a red "TT" is for storing a flat tire. eBay has them all the time for $15 to $20.

Apparently, if that's what you say it is for. My TT was a 3.2 and didn't have a spare, so I'd be surprised that they'd provide a bag for me to put a flat tire in since it doesn't roll too well on 3 wheels.
