Default WinnAr. But for the home user, I like Precision Instruments. Remember the old fugly

Snap-on torque wrenches. They were made for Snap-on by Precision Instruments. The only difference was a red sticker instead of blue. You probably have one around the shop that you use for beating fenders out or "intruder security". They're absolutely F'n UGLY, but *cheap* (for a high quality tool) and very accurate.

The only warning is that the first time you take it out of the plastic case that it comes in, you're probably gonna vomit.
