Default timing belt change...aftermarket parts with dealer labor...

will they do that? or is the cost gonna be 1200 regardless? I already called the dealer twice this morning and kinda feel like a jackass doing it again. haha Anyone ever done this?

Default let them use their parts so you get a warranty on the work

it's likely they will screw something up. after all, it is the dealer.

Really depends on the dealer, but many dealer's won't do it (mine wouldn't)

Default remember....hourly labor rates vary in diffferent parts of the country>>>

my Audi dealer is at 110$/hr....and my tuner is at 104$/hr.....
A lot of the good pricing has come from markets at 60$/hr.....so factor that in.....

Where do you live - You might get a couple of TT buddies to do it for beer and pizza.

Default Houston.....

I'm good with tools (learned a lot from fixing my A4 and even had the front of that car torn apart by myself) and I have every tool under the sun (except VAG stuff) I'm just nervous because I've never taken apart the TT before other then brakes and rotors.
