QW gets changed to audiworld.com? That is some desperation on AW part. This has turned into more of a liberalized or **** camp over here when posts are modified to say what the developers want it to say. It's hard to tell what else may be modified. Censorship is never good... And it's even worse when posts are modified to completely change their meaning.

Maybe not intentionally but it's happened for years. There have always been cross posts to writeups on Vortex.

I don't see how that is real competition. It's just information sharing.

I can see not letting people actively promote and encourage users to move to a new site, but come on, not letting people post information because it's not on this site is a bit on the insecure side.

Seems like with the new BB format we also got a change in climate, not so sure that is a good sales tactic to get new people or get people to stay around.

I'm surprised Joe wasn't banned previously, since his username promoted another site!
