Another factor is that VAG parts are now priced on a strange sliding scale (depending on the dealership's agreement with VW/Audi) that tends to make cheap parts much more expensive and expensive parts a bit cheaper.

ahh yes.....just like the cafeteria line...you have to pick and choose....that is if you have a choice aftermarket and you do in this case. Haldex filter and oil for example you do not, just have to suck it up.

So what ones did you get? I don't want to get anything too bright, and understand the higher the number the lower the lumens. I'm kind of tired of people flashing their lights at me with my bright Xenons, so probably want to go a little dimmer, but still have good enough light so I can see well.
