Default Replacment headlight lenses?...glass e-code lenses

<center><img src="http://i165.photobucket.com/albums/u69/conman5353/NEWSMOKE08.jpg"></center><p>
Is there anywhere to get OEM replacment headlight lenses without buying a whole headlight asembly?? If not someone really needs to step up and make a glass e-code lense replacment. I mean how hard could that be?? Modshack???... everyone seems to have the chipping/foggy,crapy looking headlights. glass would be way better. Or at least a replacment oem lense that I could laminex.

Default Nope...Not available...>>

But I'm sure nothing that $30K+ worth of tooling couldn't handle. Don't count on that happening.....Market is too small..

You can always buy the cheaper Halogen assembly and swap out the lens..

I think the shape is a bit complex for cheap replacement lenses. :^(

Default And what does this "protective coating" do? Certainly doesn't stop fogging, rock chips, pitting,

etc...

Default lol, it's a "UV Coating", IIRC. Not sure if it can be replaced but certainly

one could put a 3M cover over it.

My understanding was to keep away the haze and weathering on the lenses
