Rear seats don't fold forward very well any more...

Rear seats don't fold forward very well any more...
It's as if they're off-track or something.
They start folding in a diagonal path and
get really hard to push down or even pull
back up. Both of them. Any idea how to diagnose/
fix?

Pull out the bottom seat cushion to get a look at the hinges
The bottom cushion is held in by two plastic clips so just yank up swiftly on the front edge near the corners and it should unclip. Take it out and that will give you a good view of what's going on with the seatbacks.
