Anyone put in a cell phone not via Audi? How do you patch in to the antenna?

Use the $59 Navigator (handsfree & portable /no install)
The easiest way to get handsfree with a cell phone in an Audi TT is to use a product called the Navigator. I paid $59 for mine. It's a speakerphone "cradle" that plugs into your cigarette lighter. It requires no installation and can be moved whenever you want. It does not tap any of the Audi pre-wiring, but to do that would've cost me $500-700 in custom installations (I use a Motorola Startac 7760).
