Please help me!!
Brake lights not working and cruise control not working. I posted about this yesterday and got good info. Im now in the dash and have found the brake switch, but I dont know what to do or what im looking for to see if its messed up. Im at the freaking out stage right now because I dont want to mess anything up and not have brakes or brakes fail while going to the dealership or home. Can someone please help me. TIA and im sorry about this freaking out messge.

the brake light switch often fails..easy to replace
and less than $10 for Audi or (same) VW part
you can pull and check with a multimeter to see if the circuit opens/closes when you push it
or just get a new switch and replace it
did you check your fuses?
switch does not affect the operation of your brakes (but others won't see you braking or will see your brakes lights on all the time)
don't freak out

Can anyone help me figure out why my reverse lights won't work?
I searched the forums and I only found andrew's post on this problem. Followed his steps, but mine still doesn't light up. Checked fuse, it's fine. Any help?
