Default Partial boost issues, can anyone help?

I have an APEXi ACV-R II boost controller installed and a couple months after installation I started having problems with the boost. At first it was only every now and then but now (about two years later) its gotten worse. Most of the time now I am only getting exactly 10psi as if the ECU was programmed for just that amount. The controller is set to run at 18psi which is what I was running to begin with when I had a manual controller installed. I have been searching the forums to find a solution, but I cant find anything solid to go on. I dont know if it could be a vaccum leak, or a bad N75, maybe a bad DV, I have no clue. The car doesnt throw any codes so I am guessing that its not anything serious. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, TIA.
