Default Need summer tires - help please

So, I need summer tires, and I don't track my car. I want something affordable with great handling wet/dry and low road noise. I've heard good things about the Sumitomo HTR Z III and the Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance for your help!

If you want excellent tires that are very cheap, I'm using Kumho Zetum KU17. You can probably find them for $100 each at Discount Tire/America's Tire. I paid less than that.

Either one of the options you are considering should do well for you. Sumitomo's maybe just a bit quieter than the Hankook's but the Hankook EVO will probably offer you a bit better handling around the corners. Hankooks maybe a fraction cheaper and also they have a special mail-in rebate running currently which may make the purchase even more attractive for you.
