Same. Nigel at Blueflame is more than willing to help if there are issues as well.

They even shipped me a new unit - which unfortunately had the same problem. When I told him about the continued issues, he had me get in touch with an engineer there and made a reference that he wouldn't sleep until the issue was corrected - which I made him promise he would!

I'm partial to the Blueflame, but cost is a BIG factor. Anyone Else have something for sale?

Mine's much louder and deeper after 15k miles on it...

When first installed it only sounded slightly louder than stock. It's never going to sounds Borla'ish though... But that's why I didn't buy the Borla or APR in the first place.
