Got my "used," Blueflame exhaust today. Woot.

Looks like it may have the "fitment," issue as the tail pipes seem a little asymentrical, but I have a friend that works in a shop and he assures me that we can get it straight and fitted correctly.

Default Sure thing, my buddy lives in Racine. I make several trips there every year from the Appleton area.

Shoot me an email with your contact info.

I also go to Road America several times a year for races as my Father In Law is a stock holder and I just love being there.

June Sprints and the ALMS races for sure and usually for the Vintage races and Brian Redman Challenge.

Is fitment an issue with Blueflame? I am about to pull the trigger on a new system today!

Default Yes and no

If you do a search, there was a thread or three a while back on a number of BF systems that had fitment problems. Earlier systems, like mine, were flawless. It was apparently related to a manufacturing jig that was deformed - a problem that has since been corrected, AFAIK. I've got photos of my installation - click my sig for the link.

Default I was about to pull the trigger on a new Blueflame from the UK before this came availalbe (again...)

Ethan (I think,) at Blueflame assured me that the jig had been fixed and all new systems were good.
