Default instrument cluster class action, recall?

It's my understanding that the mk1 TT had an instrument cluster class action lawsuit and/or recall back in the day.
Can someone please point me to the official documentation regarding this? Thank you.

Never heard of such a thing and I've been following Mk 1 forums for 23 years. There was a successful class action on the timing belt.

Likewise, like Vegas-roadster never heard of a recall on the TT instrument cluster, or any other Audi with instrument cluster issues, my allroad cluster along with many other allroad owners failed in similar fashion to the TT no recall

This link suggests that there was a settlement... but the link to the lawyer's website does not work. Hence my question as to whether official documentation exists. I did read somewhere that it may only apply to the original owner, but not sure if that's 100% correct. Anyway...

Audi TT Instrument Cluster - Page 2 — Car Forums at Edmunds.com

'From Green Welling, LLP:
AUDI TT Instrument Cluster Settlement – Court granted approval of a nationwide settlement for Audi TTs (model years 2000 - 2004, and certain 2005 models) alleged to have defective instrument clusters. The settlement provides three types of relief to class members, including a 2 year extension of the existing warranty, free repairs or replacements of defective instrument clusters, and full reimbursement of qualified, out pocket expenses incurred for instrument cluster repairs or replacements. For more detail Click Here >'

NEW: Just found this as well. Looks like it's covered for 6 years, and/or if you incurred prior expenses, and also if not already repaired... But claim form had to be submitted by 2008... so a little late now. Difficult to read but a scanned copy of the settlement is included here:

When I took my dashpod out many years ago it had an official looking Audi sticker on it saying it had been repaired a few years after the car was purchased new. I wonder if the car was part of the settlement. But the dashpod failed again anyway years later, I had to replace fuel and coolant stepper motors and LCD! I feel fortunate that those are the only problems I've had, there are so many other issues on these terribly designed dashpods.
