Default How to Hardwire MP3 adapter? Looking for switched 12V

Ok, I searched the forums and am still not quite sure of the easiest solution to hardwire my Soundgate SDSISO Auxiliary Input System which will allow me to switch between 3 sound sources.

I have a 2000 TT coupe and the install calls for a switched power line with an inline 2AMP fuse. I know how to access the fusebox and some have had success with fuse #10, but want to verify how to do this install for power.

Would anyone be kind enough to reply or even post a picture?

Thanks you so much! That looks very easy. So which fuse number do you recommend I tap into then?

Default Just pick any switched circuit....>

since you're not really putting any additional load on it with a tap like that. Look at the fuse numbers in your manual..

Robert - Do these fit OK behind the fuse panel door (clearance wise)?

Default Shouldn't be a problem Jeff......>

The add on fuses mount sideways so the whole assembly only adds <1/2" or so to the the normal fuse height.

Default Thanks Steve - This year I'm trying to mount an iPod, XM, and I have>>>

an AWE boost gauge on order. Might try for a Valentine 1 too later in the year. As I am electrically challenged, I need to make sure of what I'm doing and know exactly what to get before I even try to start.
