Help!!! TT only 2 weeks old and instrument panel went dead
I bought my TT only 2 weeks ago and the Instrument panel went dead. The MPH, RPM, trip computer, and gas guages all went dead. The neat little red interior lights below the stereo also dont work. I checked a couple of fuses and they look good. I stopped by the Audi dealership Sat. but the service center was closed and the salesman didn't even know how to remove the fuse cover. Anyone have similar problems?

This has been reported in the past, although not as extensively as the tranny problems. My cluster went down, symtoms similar to yours, the remedy was "replacement"(no problems since). However, I do recall some owners suggesting to pull and replace certain fuses(#'s 11 and 15, I think). I also remember issues with "loose wires". Check the archives. Good Luck.

I had the same thing but worse. I had my TT delivered by truck from Colorado (I live in Seattle). Everything that wasn't red didn't work on the dash. Fog lights, tail lights, parking lights also didn't work. They said it was a faulty switch. Replaced and it worked for about two weeks. Now my instruments either don't work or come on and off randomly. Less than 1400 miles and its in the shop for the second time. I'm not happy.
