Exhaust Leak at back of Engine

Exhaust Leak at back of Engine
Well I did a search and see I'm not the first with this problem. It appears the down pipe (DP) may be the issue or a loose or lost flange nut. My real question is how to get access to it? I can barely see less reach it from above or below. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
