Default Get a pair of these

<a href="http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/pagebuild_v2.cgi?searchstring=ES%238203&searchqt=b yvehicle&make=Audi&model=TT+MKI&submodel=FWD&engin e=180HP">Oil Filter Removal Pliers</a>

The hardest thing about the oil change is removing the oil filter. Pain to get your arm up in there and twist the thing off. These make that job easy.

Default meh.....

the more you do it the faster it gets.....my first time on that car, it took me 4 hours.....eventually I had it down to 30-40 minutes.

For me, the key ingredients were a pair of large channel locks (work better than any filter wrench I ever tried) and a gallon sized ziplock bag.

Default A tip...>>

Place some shop paper towels beneith the oil filter in the ledge to catch the oil that will drip onto the engine. Helps cleanup.
