Can I use a stock throwout bearing with a stage 4 clutch?

a new stock one was used with my Stg 3 south bend install, no problemo.
You may be wise to replace the flywheel while you're in there as well. I had the dealer do mine, but I had some nice access to the car during that time, and it didn't look pretty....nothing I would have wanted to do, but then again, almost everyone here seems more mechanically inclined than me!

Yeah I have the Stage 4 from South Bend...
The kit came with a new flywheel, preassure plate and all, but no throwout bearing. Did they use a stock bearing with yours?
