I think it says a lot (all good) that APR will address issues on a forum like this. I appreciate it.

Default i don't think they had a choice, they needed to protect their business as anyone else would...

we see it all the time on the forum, with other forum sponsers. business is business, but there is a difference between running a business and running a great business (which many of the forum sponsers do). hopefully apr stands by what they say, and all ends well. but like you said, you have to give stephen and brett credit for actually responding on a public forum especially in the middle of something like this, but that also makes you think... would the situation still be the same if chris hadn't said a word?

Default Thank you for posting this. Exactly what I was expecting.Does this policy extend to your dealers?

It is my understanding that you cherry pick them and that you have a close working relationship for installation of your products through training & seminars to update them with the latest happenings at APR.

Is this blanket policy that extends to them as well?

I was considering having the install done with my local tuner (Unforgettable Sounds & Performance) but if the policy doesn't extend to Chris Green's crew doing the install, I would skip going to him altogether.

Please clarify. Thanks

Default Wow....

I love how this is being framed as "we will try to make him happy" instead of "oooops we really screwed up, and are going to take care of it"? LOL.

Default Those sound like excellent policies.

TwisTTer has an interesting point. While I'm not sure they should be required policies for the dealers, they should at least be provided as guidelines. Something of a Systems Requirement Specification for each kit. If only to reinforce what is probably common sense for most experienced tuners.

Of course, but you don't understand the full situation and probably never will.

Default Don't do that.

Nowhere did I suggest that Chris "made it up."

Default Dude, I know that and that is my point...I don't think Chris based on his posting history

would do that. True, as many people have stated that we don't know APR's side of the story, but based on the little info he provided and many people who can attest to his character including myself...I posted my opinion on the matter although many, like yourself disagreed with doing so.

It's not a personal attack on you or anyone else. I stated my opinion..some agreed other did not. You did the same thing. I respect that.
