The dip can sometimes be explained by that the intercooler is to small and since the turbopressure is at its peak around 4000 the air/fuel mixture gets to hot in the cylinder and ignites. I dont know the english word for it. The sensors in the car detects this and automatically lowers the turbo pressure.

So Now I'm off to have the stock DV put back in to test. If not the DV how do I test the MAF? What about the N75 valve? Does having a chip bring out problems that are not noticible until full power. Using the same principle with audio, you can't really hear the imperfections of a copied CD until you put it into a car with an amplified system.
