Default 30 year class reunion coming up and got one of these for investment..

Bowflex home gym.

Figure I would work on the body to go along with the new car coming. If the car is going to look good, might as well look good in the car. LOL! Ya, chasing the fountain of youth just in case I meet my old high school flame. That's really not my motivation, looking for a lifestyle change for good health and staying that way, and tired of driving to the gym to get results!

These machines are amazing. One workout and I can barely raise my shoulders. It's all about resistance training, and totally unlike any weight machine or free weights. I can believe the claims that the company posts that within six weeks, one can see a big change. Yeeehaaa!

Default My 10 year is coming!

I too, must get back into shape. Although I have seen some pictures of classmates.... and some I wouldn't even recognize anymore, some have 5 kids, some have an extra 100 lbs from when i last saw them, most are married, and some live in other countries now. Weird to think about it!

Default You can barely move your shoulders because you are using the muscles differently than before.

Just like any other exercise, the muscles will get used to the new activity and results will taper off. Just something to keep in mind. :^)

Default I recently started adding a bunch of folks I went to HS with (15 years ago) on facebook.

It's a nice ego boost. :^D

Default You are partly correct, however...

I've worked out on just about every machine known to man. I used to race bikes and my fitness routine was intense, so I know all well what it means to get in shape. I've been a fitness nut just about all my life. Care to shine some light on how the results will taper off? BS.

Given my vast experience, I know what this machine holds.

Default Don't forget to consider your diet...

For a month now I've been keeping my breakfast and lunch meatless and no eating after 6pm. Now I'm no vegetarian, far from it, but I've noticed some positive changes since taking this on...

Energy is up
Waking up is easier
No food coma after lunches
And of course weight loss<ul><li><a href="http://lifehacker.com/5146432/losing-weight-the-flexitarian-way-no-wheatgrass-required">http://lifehacker.com/5146432/losing-weight-the-flexitarian-way-no-wheatgrass-required</a></li></ul>

Default I have been practicing...about as ready as I will ever be..>>

I have it up to a-beer-or-twelve a day!

However, I have some accumulated mods for the TT I would like to install beforehand (FMIC, DEFCONs, BBK, and Bilsteins).

How about you Pete? Ready to go?

Default Not even close...

School has my attention for the next three weeks, after that I need a new gig.

That's a pretty big list you've got there. Don't wait until the last minute to get it all done, otherwise you'll be given a very special award

As for me, I'm swearing off all the big mods this year, otherwise I'm liable to do something crazy like a FMIC or water-meth. Not good!
