I have gotten supremely horrible service at the BMW of San Antonio's dealership. It is what started my interest first looking at Audi's.

I would like to make the switch, but have heard of a few who were not happy with the service at Cavender. I am afraid of going from bad to worse.

Can you tell me your experiences with them both good and bad?

1) I was lied to about work being completed when it was not by their service advisor Ken.
2) Told nothing was wrong when it was also by Ken.
3) I also had negative impressions of their sales staff and GM.
4) Finally, their prices are unrealistically high

However, some people have had good experiences....

When I lived in San Antonio, I ended up going to Roger Beasley in Austin to purchase and service my Audi. I now live in Austin so it is a no brainer. You will have a much better Audi experience if you come to Austin. Just my $0.02.

Thanks for the reply. The deal is I am currently going to Austin (was there just today) for the service for my BMWs, and was trying to cut down on the inconvenience.
