Are you in the US?
There is a company in Germany who sells a retrofit harness or complete package. If you have the color screen and Navi button then it's at least technically possible. I don't know of any source in the US that would sell such a harness and retrofit guide. Maybe Euro-Parts.us can get you the stuff. In any case, expect to put about $1k in this project.

Just heard from Audi and there is a dealer installed Navigation kit. The one that is OEM. The cost is $1,216.64 for the unit, $180.00 for instilation and $199.00 for the DVD.

I contacted Audi Corporate, who did some parts lookup for me. I can post the part numbers if anyone's interested, but it was basically 2 parts:
- DVD Player
- a 'retrofit harness'
Local dealer quoted at $2600 installed. About $1K roughly seems to be labor charges.
