Default AT&T (Cingular) 8525 ROM upgrade :^)

Just FYI for cingular 8525 owners, ROM software upgrade at www.htcamerica.net available, it solves the problem with Audi MMI, I did upgrade today and my phone has been working fine for now!.
Just go to support then select AT&T and 8525, you will see the link to download the new version.
Make sure you save all your data in your PC, the phone will be as when you just bought it after upgrade is done.

http://www.htcamerica.net</a

Default Nice, I just upgraded mine and no more dropping of the connection.

I still have an issue with the phonebook upload that does not work. I added JetweareMobile in hopes of a fix, but no go. I did get signal strength with that addition though.

Default Thanks for the info...it worked great!

My bluetooth connection kept dropping every five minutes. The phone works much better now.

Thank you for this post. I just purchased a 2007 A8L 4.2 and my 8525 BT will drop after connecting. I'll download the new ROM and keep my fingers crossed.
