Yes, it is expensive but I got a good deal (~$500 for everything). All I have to say is if you're on the fence like I was for a long time, do it! The sound is great and man is it nice having it automatically pair when you start the car up. FYI, I have a Treo 650 and the phone book doesn't transfer, but anyone you have in your quick contacts shows up which is nearly just as good.
