I have it in already,just looking to code it so the ecu knows its there.

You can't code better reception, just make sure antenna and diversity antenna are hooked up

Common issue which is direct result to reception. Although the US RNS-E does have superior reception for FM and availability of AM there is still the possibility of other fixes. If anyone with MY2004 (non shark fin)or previous wants to check this diversity box you can find it behind trim of rear interior windshield. Pop of cap and check the black box which is pinned in the right corner towards the three diversity plugs. If you see a hairline crack towards the bottom right it might be correlated to your reception problems.
