Suspension noises

Suspension noises
Just about the entire front suspension on my 1995 A6nq has been replaced, and I now have this odd popping/cracking noise when turning the wheel or stepping on/releasing the brakes.
I've taken my car to a few shops as well as the stealership and either they don't know what it is that's making the noise or in the case of the stealership it's "normal operating noise"
Does anyone have any Idea as to what it could be?
**I know it is not the CV's because they were also replaced at the same time.**

I had a popping noise when using the brakes in my 1999 A4 (more)
and it disappered when I swapped the stock calipers out for Boxster calipers, so you could check the brakes out.
As for the noise when you turn the wheel, I don't know about that year of A6 but it seems control arms/sway bar bushings are common problems with Audis.
As for it being "normal operating noise," that's BS. It certainly didn't do it when it was new.

Yeah and it certainly didn't do it with all of the old worn out suspension parts either.
Just about everything is new suspension wise......I'm thinking that someone screwed the pooch and they're not owning up to it. Because IF they "found" what was causing the noise, it would be like "oops our bad" so as a result I get the run around.
In my case, it's not the calipers because I get the same exact noise when turning the wheel, and now sometimes I can hear it when going over a bump.

Re: Suspension noises
What suspension manufacturer did you use? I accidentally chose FEBI...and I got the same damned result. Try the Meyle.. they don't come with sub=spec parts. (my pass-side tie-rod didn't even fit into the upright hub assembly arm).
