Default 3M bug, tar, and adhesive remover.

downside is, it dulls the paint a little, so you have to use very light finishing compound to re-shine it.

Default thanks, but i found the solution...

simple green mixed with the desolvit, heated

came off 100x easier

Default well i obviously tested the combination on....

a section of my rear bumper that's already fux0red... looks fine! I made sure to wash it cleanly off directly afterwards.
