Is it around 200 degrees, or is it a little more than that? Also, is the car very smooth or is it very smooth.

My 2.8q Tip runs between 210 to 240 degrees. When the outside temp is around zero I register at 210. When the outside temp hits 90+ degrees I have seen the needle push toward 250. I always "feather" the acclerator until my oil temp reaches 200 or more. A full warm up take about 6 miles<p>Roy M
