Default Okay, next question...

Is this the red 4000 that went off the outside of the Porter Creek Stage and down the bank.
Ed H. or Paul Ch. vehicle? Which?
I have (or used to have) multiple pics of that car as it came into view and eventually went over the bank.
If not that car and that particular instance than I'm drawing a blank.

Default Yep, the one that fell off the hill.

Wow, there was a Dutch TV guy there who replayed his video of the car going over the side and said that I would be famous in the Netherlands! I always wished that I had asked for a copy but I was too ill to think straight at the time. I had a serious case of food poisoning on the day.

Sure would have been nice to finish...

Default Rally, I would really like a print of the sequence, or any information leading to the

acquisition of same.

I would even pay money for some copies.

Do you know if it was published anywhere?

Default I took the pics I am looking for...

I remember the "off" very well.
I took several pics including pics of the car down in the gully. I looked at the pics later because I was curious about the driving line that caused your car to leave the road.
That section of road is off-camber at the outside edge and very tricky to negotiate quickly.
I used the pics as a tool to judge where I needed to drive that particular corner without scrubbing speed by "falling" into the inside of the corner.
Give me a couple of more days to search through the thousands of pics I took during the eighties.
