the way I did was I custom molded a set of air intakes from a racing supply house and molded them into the back where the stock fogs go. then i ran hose to the brakes. I'll try to get some pics latter.

handled the ducting to the rotors and how it compensates for suspension turning as you drive through a corner.

I'll post more pics soon but you can buy the air hose you need in the 2.5 inch size from here http://www.pegasusautoracing.com/ the link below is for a air craft supply house that sells conections you can rivet to the splash guard on the brakes. They are $6.85 each in the 2.5inch size. you want part number 10350-10. I know this pic kinda sux but it gives you the idea. once you make the parts for the intake it comes together without much trouble. the intakes are also availabe from pegasus. |

i like the idea.
i also like the possibility of riveting the hose connection to the existing brake disc splash gaurd. this will really simplify fabrication. look forward to the other pics. i'll post my progress on this forum too. :-) |
