Are any of you going to that GT Race at Laguna Seca? I sure would like to meet up with you folks! But I will be with //Mr M3 in his car (but hey, gets me in the special BMW seating!!! <G>). Lets have a dinner or drinks????

I am still in the negotiation phase with wife...what day?...maybe I can come down
after that days race for dinner/drinks. It is about 2 hours away from my house. I might be able to convince Sharon Levy and Jack Thomas to make an appearance. Jack is in Monterey and Sharon is in the Santa Cruz area. The problem would be enbibing and then treking back home over 17 in the Santa Cruz Mtns. Ick!

I took this photo of world Champion's Mercedes CLK GT1 and Bernd Schneider on Friday, when you can get great access to cars and drivers.
I call this one "Mercedes GT1 Surfer" for obvious reasons....the NEW aerodynamic trick.

I will be staying at some Hotel in San Juan Bautista - Chris made the arrangements. Trouble is, he really won't be staying there Saturday night, so I will need a ride to join you folks. Can someone pick me up and drop me off, please? And can you also make sure that I can get to meet Steve, Sharon, and Jack too? I PROMISE to behave, and will only tell ONE tall tale of my racing days!
