Best website prices on rim and tire for a B5 A4

Does anyone out there know which websites have the best prices for rims and tires. Sorry i'm kinda a newbie at eurotuning. Thanks for the help!

Hey Gary I heard that the B5 A4's have an issue with 19" rims not being able to fit is that true or is it because the offset of the car is not correct? Would it be wise to put 19's on a car that is a daily driver? Also, can you put a 40 series tires on 19's? Please advise. Thanks!!
