Anyone directly compared RE730 Gen1 vs. Gen2?

I had the Gen1 tires and got rid of them because of the noise, but otherwise liked them. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Gen2 tires. Are they noticeably better in terms of noise? Do they feel the same otherwise?
