Default what's the most quiet tire for 19" applications?

I currently have the P7000's which are so loud I can hear the drove over my stereo. They are balding, which probably has something to do with it. Since I'm getting new tires soon anyway, I wanted to see which would be the least obtrusive. Performance is also a must =) but I don't want to spend too much over $800 or $900.

Also, I'm a bit worried with 235/35/19's. The sidewall seems too skinny, so would it be ok to go with 235/40/19? Is there even such a thing? Thanks.

Default trust me, they're loud

the set i'm on right now are on it's last run before I scrap them, but they're LOUD as hell. I can hear them over my stereo and I have 2 10" subs in the trunk. the drone is really irritating and i would NEVER buy these tires again. granted, they're bald, but these sound like knobbies.

i've got 19" Technomagnezios...
