a little tall. Your speedo will be of by about 2.3 mph or so. Same as with 235/40's. With the 225/40's, it will only be off about 1 mph. Go to Mark P's website "quattrobonium". He has a tire size calculator in there. Anytime you see a thread for Mark P. click on it to go to his web page.
As far as ride quality .... that was thrown out the window when you decided to replace the stock 16's! They will all ride a little rough, the small differences in wall height will not make a noticeable difference.
