Default Wanted: Winter 16" with Steel Rims for under $450

Does anyone have suggestions? I lease and Im not certain if the weather will change in Southern New England or not. Still going without a coat to work and its December.

I dont want to spend a lot and I dont plan on a lot of snow driving anyway but I know I must have them....

Default I bought Passat B5 take-off Steels w/ new stock MXV4 Energys $250 (More)

Check the VW, and Passat web sites!

$100 a piece tires (Top rated all season in the snow according to Consumers Reports) on the right size/offset wheels which Audi dismantlers want $50 each for. Hmmmm; I couldn't pass them up.

I know a good set of snows would be better, but I always ran top quality M&S all seasons on my '93 90tqm with great results in the snow. I figure I'll run these for this winter (money is tight since my car getting wrecked and needing a new 1.8tqms wasn't actually in the budget ) and either sell them and put snows on the rims, or run them as winter tires for a couple of years.

Still, a very practical option!
